• From Magdeburg/Berlin:
  - Leave the A 2 at motorway junction Wolfsburg/Königslutter (junction 58) for A 39 in the direction of Kassel/Salzgitter
  - At junction 18 (SZ-Watenstedt) turn right into Industriestraße Mitte (K 30/L 495) in the direction of SZ-Lebenstedt-Zentrum
  - the BfS headquarters is located in the extension of Konrad-Adenauer-Straße at 5 Willy-Brandt-Straße; visitor parking is available

A 7 (Hannover-Kassel)

• From Hanover:
  - Leave the A 7 at junction 63 (Derneburg/Salzgitter) for B 6 in the direction of Goslar
  - After ca. 3 km take the A 39 in the direction of Braunschweig/Salzgitter
  - At junction 19 (SZ-Lebenstedt-Süd) turn left into Kattowitzer Straße (L 472) in the direction of SZ-Lebenstedt-Zentrum
  - At crossroads turn right into Willy-Brandt-Straße in the direction of SZ-Lebenstedt-Zentrum

• From Kassel:
  - Leave the A 7 at junction 64 (Dreieck Salzgitter) for A 39 in the direction of Braunschweig/Salzgitter
